1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons (such as pre-Oktoberfest), order processing may take slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping
We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (additional fees apply)
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $129

Shipping fees for orders under $129 are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

3. International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. Delivery time and cost will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note:

  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected].

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement, where applicable.

7. Undeliverable Packages & Reshipment
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Shipping Limitations
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.
