- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items not eligible for return include:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or altered garments
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage
2. How to Request a Return

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one separately.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve it by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

- Then contact your credit card provider (some banks take time to process)
